New staple from oboes.ch. The cork used on oboe staples is a valuable natural material, which is becoming harder to find in good quality. Because of this, even the wine industry is moving to synthetic corks for premium wines. Synthetic cork is also more durable, which for staples is a further advantage. We also use a new metal alloy in our staples to produce a warmer, rounder sound.
